Micky is Chair of the Board of Directors of Carnival Corporation Ltd., the largest global cruise company with a diversified portfolio of world-class cruise line brands that serve virtually every market segment from contemporary to ultra-luxury, as well as leading port destinations and land operations in Alaska and the Yukon. Micky brings to the role decades of leadership experience with Carnival Corporation, including in-depth knowledge of the business, history and the cruise industry overall. He grew up in the cruise business, starting out as a reservations manager at Carnival Cruise Line, and spent nearly two decades learning it from the ground up before being named Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation in 1990. In 2013, the role of Carnival Corporation Chair and Chief Executive Officer was split, with Micky continuing to serve as Chair of Carnival Corporation.

Sir Jonathon has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2010. In this role, he serves as chair of the company’s Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee and is also a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Compliance Committee. 

Jason has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2017. In this role, he serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. 

Nelda has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2024. In this role, she serves as a member of the Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee.

Helen has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2016. In this role, she serves on the Compensation Committee and Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee. 

Jeff has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2020. In this role, he serves as chair of the Compliance Committee and member of the Audit Committee.

Katie has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2019. In this role, she serves as a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee and Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee.

Stu has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 1987. In this role, he serves as chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Compliance Committee.   

Laura has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2007. In this role, she serves as chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee and Compliance Committee.

Josh is Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation Ltd. and leads one of the world’s largest leisure travel companies that boasts a portfolio of world-class cruise line brands including AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.

Randall has served on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2009. In this role, he serves as chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating & Governance Committee, Compliance Committee and the Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee.
