Randall J. Weisenburger
Randall has served on the Board of Directors of Carnival Corporation since 2009. In this role, he serves as chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating & Governance Committee, Compliance Committee and the Health, Environmental, Safety & Security Committee.
Randall’s qualifications to serve on the Board include his broad leadership and operational skills gained as a senior executive of a large multi-national corporation and his extensive financial and accounting skills acquired as an investment banker and senior financial operating executive. He also has broad experience in corporate governance, having served as a director, past and present, of a number of other publicly-traded companies.

Since 2020, he has also served on the board of directors of MP Materials Corp., a fully integrated rare earth producer. He has served on the board of directors of Valero Energy Corporation since 2011.
