‘Less Left Over’ Recognized as an edie Awards Finalist for Resource Efficiency

Carnival Corporation’s Less Left Over food waste reduction strategy has been shortlisted for the Water, Waste and Resource Efficiency Project of the Year category in the prestigious edie Awards 2026. It’s a tasty recognition of how our teams are cutting food waste across the fleet with smart operations and creative thinking.
The edie Awards celebrate the most ambitious and authentic approaches to sustainability and show that sustainable business practices are resilient and a force for good. Winners will be announced March 12 in a ceremony in London.
We’re proud of the momentum this honor gives our sustainability journey – and of everyone who has helped reduce food waste by ~1 pound (.5 kilogram) per person per day across the fleet.
