Smooth Sailing: Christine Duffy Talks Growth, Partnership and Enhancing the Guest Experience at FCCA
From strengthening partnerships to making travel more seamless, Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, helped set the tone at the FCCA Cruise Conference & Trade Show in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
In her opening remarks, she celebrated the strength of cruise tourism and the relationships behind it. “The resilience that we have built through relationships, collaboration and trust makes the industry stronger when challenges arise,” she said. “That is why gatherings like this are so important.”
Later, Christine joined fellow cruise leaders for a panel discussion about the future of cruising in the Caribbean and Latin America. She highlighted opportunities to enhance the vacation experience from ship to shore, including through technology that makes each step of the journey easier and more seamless for guests.
