Enrique (Rick) Miguez

Rick is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Carnival Corporation Ltd., one of the world’s largest leisure travel companies, operating a portfolio of world-class cruise line brands. In this role, Rick provides enterprise risk management leadership for the company with oversight of the legal function, ethics and compliance, internal audit, corporate tax, government affairs (North America) and corporate communications. Rick also oversees the company’s enterprise productivity initiative to drive operational efficiencies and innovation across the company’s global administrative and support functions. He reports to Josh Weinstein, the Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation Ltd. 

Having practiced law for over 35 years, Rick brings extensive experience in corporate, risk management and international maritime law to his role. Rick has served in key positions for several decades at Carnival Corporation, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel, working closely with the company’s executive leadership and the Board, helping to ensure that the company’s legal, regulatory and reputational risks are managed coherently across all brands and operating jurisdictions.
