AIDA Job Date - cruise company launches new online format for applicants
With the new entertaining live format "AIDA Job Date," AIDA Cruises wants to give everyone who is interested in a job on board the opportunity to get to know Germany's largest cruise company. Job seekers can find out everything about their future dream job in virtual events and engage in a direct exchange with AIDA employees in a relaxed atmosphere on all questions about life and work on board. AIDA colleagues from the respective departments on board are available as competent discussion partners. The Human Resources team answers all questions about the application process or possible career paths with AIDA.
"With this new job format, we want to inform our future employees and crew members individually about AIDA as an employer in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to providing professional insights into the various career opportunities, the main aim is to allow applicants to experience a completely different important aspect: the emotionality and esprit of the AIDA family," says Haike Witzke, Vice President Human Resources Management AIDA Cruises.
The first digital meeting will take place on March 3, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the topic of "Spa & Fitness" and is aimed at professionals from the fields of cosmetics, hairdressing, physiotherapy, massage, and fitness.
On March 17, 2022, also starting at 5:00 p.m., professionals from the hotel and catering industry should join in who have already gained initial experience on land in the areas of restaurant, reception or bar and have always wanted to work on a cruise ship in an international team and travel the world. To register for the AIDA Job Date, please send an e-mail to jobdate@aida.de, indicating the respective department "Spa & Fitness" or "Hotel" in the subject line. Participants will then receive a link to the Teams event of their choice.
