Carnival Corporation & plc Sale of Shares

In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced Stock Swap (Plc Share Sale /Corp. Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 16th July 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 125,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.9476205 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £22.32 per share and the lowest price received was £21.78 per share.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
