Carnival Corporation & plc Sale of Shares

Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 12th July 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 100,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £22.20451482 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £22.35 per share and the lowest price received was £22.075 per share.
