On May 7, 2026, Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc unified our dual-listed company structure forming Carnival Corporation Ltd., a Bermuda‑registered company with Carnival plc now operating as a UK subsidiary. This move simplified our legal framework and positioned the company for long‑term success and value creation.
