Back To The 90’s With Costa Cruises

From 4 to 9 November David Hasselhoff will be the guest star on board Costa Favolosa:

a cruise dedicated to the actor who has delighted millions of fans

in the roles of Mitch from Baywatch and Michael Knight in Knight Rider



Genoa, 4 November 2017 – All of us, at least once in our lives, have found ourselves entranced by an episode of Baywatch with its iconic lifeguard Mitch Buchannon! Starting from 4 November, some lucky guests will finally be able to meet him on board the Costa Favolosa.  Costa Cruises' ship welcomes David Hasselhoff, the actor that played Mitch Buchannon for many years, for a truly unique cruise.


In fact, Austrian tour operator Geo Reisen has organised a cruise entirely dedicated to television's best-loved lifeguard, an actor who made his name in the cult series of the 1980s and 90s Knight Rider and Baywatch. The over 600 fans present will finally be able to meet their idol and spend 5 exciting days in his company on a cruise in the Western Mediterranean.


Costa Favolosa will host admirers from all over the world - most from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, UK and USA -  who in addition to knowing David Hasselhoff the actor, also appreciate him for his musical career, which was particularly successful in Germany and Austria.


During the cruise David Hasselhoff will delight his fans with two exclusive concerts in the Costa Favolosa theatre, which will see him perform his biggest hits, and light up the evenings with DJ sets, autograph signing sessions, interviews and many other unmissable moments.


The Costa Favolosa will depart from the port of Savona (Italy) on 4 November visiting Civitavecchia/Rome, Barcelona (Spain) and Marseille (France). The cruise will conclude back in the Savona on 9 November.
