Holland America Line Launches Complimentary Navigator Shipboard Web Application for Guests to Use On Board

Available fleetwide now; Enhanced ‘webapp' allows guests to book tours/dining, see daily activities and more

Seattle, Wash., April 27, 2017 — Holland America Line is changing theway guests digitally access shipboard experiences and information across thefleet with the launch of Holland America Line Navigator, a free mobile-friendlytool. Navigator does not need to be downloaded in advance, does not require aninternet connection and works on the browsers of most personal devicesincluding phones, tablets and laptops.

UsingNavigator, guests can plan their daily activities, explore and book shoreexcursions, view restaurant menus and make dining reservations, view spatreatments, connect to paid internet and look at their shipboard accountbalance. Additional features include access to ship deck plans, a list offrequently asked questions (FAQs) and links to complimentary internet sitessuch as hollandamerica.com. Navigator can be accessed by connecting to the ship'sWi-Fi network and opening the device's browser.

Toaccess the full functionality of Navigator, guests can create an account byfollowing a simple registration process. Registering allows guests to plan apersonal itinerary, make dining reservations, book shore excursions, viewshipboard account information and connect to paid internet. There are nocharges to register or use Navigator.

Oneof the key features of Navigator is that it allows guests to select and savespecific activities to a personalized "my itinerary" to plan out their cruisedays up to a week in advance. Those activities show up alongside booked diningreservations and shore excursions to truly help the guest get the most out oftheir time aboard.
