Seabourn Opens New Signature Restaurant, The Grill by Thomas Keller, on Seabourn Quest

SEATTLE, May 24, 2016 -Seabourn, the world's finest ultra-luxurycruise line,has announced the opening of its new signature restaurant, TheGrill by Thomas Keller, on Seabourn Quest.With a menu, winelist and ambience inspired by a classic American chophouse, The Grill is acollaboration between three-star Michelin chef Thomas Keller and designer AdamD. Tihany, exclusively for Seabourn. The Grill by Thomas Keller officiallyopened for dinner on Seabourn Quest on May 21, 2016.

Located on Deck 8, The Grill focuses on updated versions of iconic dishes whereguests are treated to American chophouse classics as well as a range of othersteakhouse favorites. The timeless menu will draw on many artisan purveyors,while a wine list of domestic and old world labels personally curated by ChefKeller will complement each dish. Oenophiles and casual wine drinkers alikewill find many rare offerings on the menu, which features more than 90selections from around the world.

The interior designs by Adam D. Tihany enhance the dining experience withspaces that will be distinctive to the ship, yet defined by intimate settingswith an elegant and warm masculine quality. The Grill by Thomas Keller islocated in newly renovated spaces formerly occupied by Restaurant 2, which wasextensively refit during a recent dry dock period.

Chef Thomas Keller began his partnership with Seabourn in 2015 and underlinesthe luxury cruise line's commitment to offering outstanding guest experiences.

The Grill will be open for dinner daily, and guests will have the opportunityto secure reservations online in advance of their cruise. In keeping withSeabourn's all-inclusive rates, there is no additional charge to dine at thespecialty restaurant.
