RESULTS OF CARNIVAL CORPORATION & PLC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

MIAMI (April 17, 2007) -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announced that in addition to increasing its quarterly dividend by 27 percent to $0.35 per share, all of the resolutions recommended by its board of directors were passed at its annual general meeting held yesterday in Southampton, UK.

The results of the polls conducted at the annual general meetings of Carnival Corporation & plc will be available shortly on the company's Web site at carnivalcorp.com or carnivalplc.com.

All resolutions passed by the company other than resolutions concerning ordinary business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
