Princess Cruises Offers Longest World Cruise in 2018

As it prepares tocelebrate 10 years of world cruises from Australia, Princess Cruises hasannounced its longest and most exciting world cruise yet, with Sea Princessoffering a 106-night voyage in 2018.

The historic circumnavigation of the world will depart Sydney on June 5, 2018,visiting 40 destinations in 27 countries over a distance of 32,000 nauticalmiles (about 1.5 times around the Earth).


Highlights include a range of exciting new ports across Greenland, Newfoundlandand Eastern Canada as well as overnight stays in some of the world's mostsought-after destinations such as New York, Barcelona and Venice.

Known for its longer, destination-rich itineraries, Princess pioneered worldcruises from Australia in 2008 and remains the only cruise line to offerAustralians the opportunity to cruise around the world from their doorstep.


Having marked its10th year of world cruising from Australia in 2017, Sea Princess' 2018 worldcruise will see Princess Cruises' welcome its 30,000th local world cruise guestonboard, while also notching up a total of 450,000 nautical miles, 183 uniquedestinations and its 1500th day at sea on long voyages of more than 75 daysfrom Australia.

With roundtripcruises on offer from Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, Princess Cruises VicePresident Australia & New Zealand Stuart Allison said a world cruiseoffered an easy and great value way to see the world.

Mr Allison said 75 percent of guests booked on the ship's 2017 voyage had already enjoyed part or allof a world cruise with Princess.
