Costa Cruises and CAST Alimenti select highly qualified pastry chefs
Costa Cruises and CAST Alimenti areorganising three recruiting days to select highly qualified pastry chefs whowill work on board the Italian company’s cruise ships. <?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
Genoa,March 1, 2016 – Costa Cruises and CAST Alimenti(Food, Art, Science and Technology Centre), one of the most prestigious Italian culinary schools,will select for the first time highly qualified pastry chefs who will work onboard the Italian company’s cruise ships.
Three recruiting days arescheduled on March 11, April 22 and June 18 at the CAST Alimenti cookingschool in Brescia (Italy). To participate in the selection process candidatesmust have attended a CAST Alimenti pastry course and have at least one year ofexperience in the pastry sector or, as an alternative, three years ofexperience in the pastry sector, in addition to B1 level spoken English skills.
Recruiting days will includea presentation of Costa Cruises and CAST Alimenti, a job interview and acooking test to show their professional skills. At every recruiting day amaximum of 15 candidates will be selected and offered an initial jobopportunity on board Costa ships.
