AIDA Cruises awarded the German Fairness Award for the fourth time in a row

The cruise company AIDA Cruiseshas once more received the German Fairness Award 2017. In cooperation with then-tv news station, the German Institute for Service Quality conducted acomprehensive survey among more than 45,000 consumers on the topic of fairnesswith regard to over 500 companies. AIDA repeatedly achieved first place, and istherefore the best-rated company in the cruise sector.

Companies who are particularlyfair to the consumer and who set standards in their industry are honored inthis way. The Germany-wide survey focused on such topics as the price/benefitratio, the reliability of the products, services or company statements as wellas the transparency in the information about pricing, product and contractualresponsibilities.
