St. Valentine’s Day On Board Costa Cruise Ships

Genoa, 11 February 2016 – Costa Cruises is getting ready to welcome and amaze alllovers cruising on its ships, with lots of surprises and sweet initiatives toshare with one’s better half on St. Valentine’s Day: activities dedicated tocouples, shopping, relaxing massages and dinners with soft lighting will makethe voyage even more unforgettable for all couples in love, with everythingpermeated by the romantic atmosphere of Costa ships.

So that February 14th starts out onthe right note, Costa has really thought of everything: the ship spa will offermassages for couples, thanks to a special St. Valentine’s package thatincludes 50 minutes of total relaxation that becomes even more perfect with aglass of Prosecco and a bowl of delectable strawberries.

St. Valentine’s Day will also becelebrated in onboard shops where partners can surprise each other with a wideassortment of gifts. Even sweeter surprises are available in the bars on theCosta Diadema, the Costa Mediterranea and the Costa neoClassica, like adelicious package of chocolate hearts by the Italian chocolate maître GuidoGobino and the “Cake for lovers”, created by the famous pastry makerLuigi Biasetto, the perfect way to match dedications and promises oflove.

Even onboard entertainment will putthe spotlight on romance: during the day, lovers can dedicate love songs toeach other at the poolside, while more enterprising couples can participate inthe “Couple Games” in the ship theatre, or take part in an exciting video-quiz,trying to guess the most famous couples of lovers. On this special daydedicated to love, even kids can take part in the festivities, making smallnotes in the form of red roses and hearts to dedicate to their parents.

And one of the most enchantingmoments will be the dinner: a beautiful white and red cake in the shapeof a heart will be waiting for couples as they enter the ship's mainrestaurants and the ladies will be given a red rose. And nothing toworry about for those travelling with the entire family: a special dinner willbe organised in the self-service restaurant for kids, giving mom and dad asweet moment of intimacy.
