Carnival Adds a Variety of Enhancements to GoCCL.Com Travel Agent Internet Portal
HighlightsInclude Streamlined Booking Process, Enhanced Design for Stateroom Selection
MIAMI (July 21, 2016) – As part of itsongoing "Onboard with You" trade support platform, Carnival Cruise Line hasadded a variety of enhancements to GoCCL.com, its comprehensive travel agentInternet portal.
New enhancementsinclude:
Streamlinedbooking process offering a significant reduction in the number of stepsrequired to make a booking, offering additional speed and convenience whencreating a new booking.
Anew customized "nearby stateroom search" feature allowing travel agents to moreeasily search for multi-category staterooms that are located within closeproximity.
Newbooking process features with an accordion-style window to guide agentsthroughout each step of the booking including guest information entry, rateselection, upsell options and stateroom category availability without leavingthe page.
Anenhanced "specialty cruise" column, which now includes "Cozumel Plus"itineraries with an option to click on a video describing the program.
Anew "select and add more staterooms" feature that allows agents to bookmultiple staterooms based on the current booking they are working on withouthaving to re-enter search criteria.
Anexpanded "stateroom information screen" that provides agents with an overviewof the selected stateroom including updated images, floor plans, and 360 degreeview, as well as a full description of features and amenities of the chosenstateroom.
