Two Carnival Corporation Cruise Lines Recognized on Forbes’ 2026 Social Impact List

Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises honored among companies making a positive impact

MIAMI (March 19, 2026) – Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), the world's largest cruise company, is proud to share that two of its world-class cruise lines – Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises – have been recognized on Forbes’ 2026 Best Brands for Social Impact list.

The annual list highlights 300 companies that consumers believe are making a positive impact. It is based on a large-scale survey of approximately 200,000 consumers who evaluated brands across four areas: brand values and trust, social stances, sustainability and community support.

The 2026 recognition marks the second consecutive year that Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises have appeared on Forbes’ list.

Community engagement is a core component of how Carnival Corporation’s cruise lines deliver social impact. Carnival Cruise Line supports a range of community organizations, with a focus on strengthening homeport communities, supporting military members, veterans and first responders, and improving the lives of children and families. For more than a decade, Carnival Cruise Line has raised funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, surpassing $36 million to date through guest‑supported fundraising efforts onboard.

Princess Cruises advances its community impact through the Princess Cruises Community Foundation, the organization established in 2008 to provide financial and in‑kind support to non-profit organizations. The Foundation focuses on education, preservation of natural and historical landmarks, disaster relief, and programs that support the health and well‑being of communities in the destinations Princess Cruises visits and calls home.

Across Carnival Corporation, these efforts are supported by broader sustainability priorities, including the company’s Less Left Over food‑waste reduction strategy, which has reduced food waste per person by 47% since 2019, and its Every Drop Counts water‑stewardship initiative, which aims to produce 90% of the company’s freshwater needs from the sea by 2030.

This recognition reflects ongoing efforts across Carnival Corporation’s portfolio, including the work of Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises in areas such as environmental stewardship, community partnerships and responsible business practices.
