AIDA Premiere in the Dominican Republic: AIDAvita docks for first time at new Amber Cove cruise terminal

On December 11, 2015, AIDAvitawas the first ship in the AIDA fleet to dock at the new Amber Cove cruiseterminal in the Dominican Republic. <?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

The Carnival Group celebrated theAmber Cove cruise port on November 2, 2015, with a grand opening ceremony. Thistwo-berth port is nestled in a picturesque Caribbean cove on the DominicanRepublic's northern coast. From here, guests from eight of the Carnival Group'sbrands, including AIDA Cruises, will be able to set out on unforgettablevoyages along the Amber Coast to explore a wide variety of highlights aroundthe Puerto Plata region.
