Costa Cruises Is A Top Employer Italy For The Fourth Consecutive Year
The Italian company has received the prestigious Top Employers 2017certification, achieving recognition for high standards in human resourcesmanagement.
Genoa, 15 February 2017 – Costa Cruises is once again among thetop Italian companies for employee working conditions. During yesterday's eventin Milan, the Italian company was recognised by the Top Employers Institute forthe fourth consecutive year and awarded the prestigious "Top Employers 2017"certification.
The program is promoted by the TopEmployers Institute. Every year they identify and certify the companies that offerexcellence in employee conditions in many countries across the globe. Thisrecognition is awarded to companies which cultivate talent at all levels andcontinuously invest in the improvement and optimization of their "bestpractices" in the human resources sector. The evaluation process includes ninemain areas: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning anddevelopment, performance management, leadership development, career planningand succession planning, compensation and benefits and company culture.
