MIAMI (30 July 2007) -- -In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,CarnivalCorporation & plc announces that on 27 July 2007 Carnival InvestmentsLimited,Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased 50,000 ofordinaryshares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.1039 per share. Thehighestprice paid was £21.28 per share and the lowest price paid was £20.90 pershare.
