Carnival Corporation Receives Dual Recognitions for Employment Excellence

World’s largest cruise company honored on America’s Best Employers for Company Culture and America’s Best Employers for New Grads lists by Forbes

MIAMI (May 27, 2026) – Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL), the world’s largest cruise company, earned a spot on two Forbes lists for 2026 – America’s Best Employers for Company Culture and America’s Best Employers for New Grads. These awards honor the company’s commitment to maintaining a workplace where employees feel valued, connected and empowered, and to investing in the growth of young professionals at the start of their careers. On both lists, Carnival Corporation was the leading cruise company listed, while also earning the top ranking within the travel and leisure category on the Best Employers for New Grads list.

Both lists were presented by Forbes and market research firm Statista through independent surveys of U.S. employees at companies with at least 1,000 team members. America's Best Employers for Company Culture drew from more than 217,000 full and part-time workers, while America's Best Employers for New Grads drew from more than 100,000 young professionals across the country, defined as those with fewer than 10 years of work experience. Scoring for each incorporated three years of employer evaluations weighted toward the most recent data, combining personal evaluations from current employees and public evaluations from industry peers and friends and family, with the 500 highest-scoring companies named to the New Grads list and the 600 highest-scoring named to the Company Culture list across major industry sectors.

“Being recognized by Forbes for both company culture and as an employer for new grads is a meaningful reflection of the environment our team members help create every day,” said Bettina Deynes, global chief human resources officer for Carnival Corporation. “Across our company, we want people at every stage of their career to feel welcomed, supported and empowered to grow, contribute and build meaningful careers in hospitality, travel and leisure.”

These recognitions from Forbes are the latest in a series of honors Carnival Corporation has earned for its commitment to workplace excellence. Earlier this year, the company was also named to Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies 2026, further underscoring its standing as one of the top workplaces in the country.
