Wolfgang Ebenbichler Appointed Vice President Guest Experience, Food and Beverage for Princess Cruises

SANTACLARITA, Calif. (Sept. 14, 2015) – Wolfgang Ebenbichler has been appointed tothe role of vice president, guest experience, food and beverage for PrincessCruises. In this role, he will be responsible for leading a team that connectswith guests each day through a wide spectrum of culinary, dining, bar andlounge experiences.

Ebenbichlerbrings many years of experience as head of food and beverage operations and asan executive chef at hotels and resorts around the world, including Caesar'sEntertainment, the Opryland Resort, and Starwood’s Disney World Swan andDolphin, where he was responsible for developing a number of new food andbeverage concepts.

Mostrecently he has served as Chief Executive Officer of u4iA Concepts, ahospitality organization that designs concepts and connects resorts and casinoswith third-party restaurant and bar operators.

A chefby training, Ebenbichler completed his culinary certification and hospitalitymanagement studies in Austria and began his career in the United States withculinary management positions at Ritz Carlton hotels.
