Block Listing Announcement - September 2016

Applicationhas been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange fora total of 165,000 Ordinary shares of $1.66 each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List.

Theseshares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a resultof share awards granted pursuant to the following scheme:

Admissionof the shares is expected on 7 September 2016.

Whenissued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
