Princess Cruises Debuts Exclusive Culinary Experience Cook My Catch on Alaska Cruise Vacations
New Offerings Enhance the Award-winning North To Alaska Program in 2016
SANTA CLARITA, Calif.(February 17, 2016) – Princess Cruises announced today thelaunch of Cook My Catch, an exclusiveculinary experience offering guests the ability to enjoy their very own catchof the day while on vacation with the leading cruise line in Alaska.
The uniquecruise dining experience is available on Princess cruise vacations during portcalls in Juneau and Ketchikan, as well as Princess Land &Sea Vacationsfeaturing stays at Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge and Copper River PrincessWilderness Lodge. The new offering is available on select Princess shoreexcursions including Salmon Sport Fishing Adventure in Juneau; Salmon SportFishing Expedition, Hunting for Halibut and the Discovery Exclusive Alaska Fishing &Wilderness Dining excursion in Ketchikan. As guests return from theirexcursion, they select their preferred preparation and accompaniments to beprepared by the culinary team – a unique way to enjoy their very own, wildAlaska seafood.

Meetthe Mountain Climber
Gueststraveling on a Princess Land & Sea Vacation can gather in the new HudsonTheater at Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge to enjoy an interactivepresentation by mountain climbers who have conquered Denali. Participants willhear the storied tales of survival on the mountain, view photos and tryauthentic climber equipment. After the show, guests head outside to view aretired airplane similar to those used to transport climbers to and from basecamp.
Puppiesin the Piazza
Princess guestsmeet some of Skagway’s newest sled dogs on board a cruise to Alaska in 2016. Guests willhave the opportunity to interact with the animals, take pictures and meet thedog handlers responsible for training them to be the next generation ofIditarod champions.
