AIDA Cruises is once again Top Employer in Germany
AIDA Cruises was onceagain recognized as “Top Employer Germany 2016” by the international researchcompany Top Employers Institute.
Conducted annually, thisstudy analyzes major employers, and not just in terms of human resourcesmanagement and strategy. The analysis also focuses on AIDA’s offering to itsemployees in terms of human resources planning, talent strategy, training andcareer planning, manager development, compensation and benefits, and corporateculture.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
